About Me

I’m a Master of Public Health in Prevention Science, a Fulbright Fellow, and a proud Bosnian currently based in Atlanta, Georgia.

My work bridges public health and healing by focusing on mind-body practices that help ease symptoms of post-traumatic stress and support emotional wellbeing. I’m especially committed to reaching individuals impacted by war, childhood trauma, and displacement.

Having fled Bosnia as a child and later resettled in Germany and the U.S., my own healing journey shapes every meditation I create. Through carefully crafted audio experiences, I guide listeners toward inner peace, grounding, and a sense of home within themselves.

Welcome to my space—where academic insight, lived experience, and deep care come together to support healing in others.

“We carry our homes in our bodies. Healing is the journey of returning to them.”

Let’s begin that return together.
